ご滞在中の客室清掃についてのご案内2023年3月10日

いつも浅草東武ホテルをご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

この度、浅草東武ホテルでは地球環境保全に向けた取り組みの一環として、2023年4月4日(火)ご宿泊より、ご滞在中における客室清掃を従来の毎日実施する運用から以下の通り（エコ清掃）に運用を見直すことといたしました。

客室清掃の頻度を抑えることで節水や水質汚染抑止、CO2排出削減につながり、環境への負荷軽減に貢献できるものと考えております。

お客様のご滞在が快適なものとなりますよう更なるサービス向上に取り組むとともに、地球環境に寄り添うホテルを目指してまいります。

エコ清掃内容についてCleaning during your stay

【通常清掃】- 月･水･金･日 –

  • 室内清掃 – 床面清掃、バスルーム内清掃（拭き上げ）
  • ベッドメイク – シーツ類交換
  • タオル交換 – タオル類、アメニティ補充
  • ゴミ回収

【エコ清掃】- 火･木･土 –

  • ベッド手直し（私物がある場合は行いません）
  • タオル交換
  • ゴミ回収

*1 ご滞在中のSTAY清掃は条例に基づき3泊ごとに清掃を行なわせていただきます。
*2 エコ清掃（火、木、土）の日で客室清掃をご希望される場合は、当日の午前09:00までにお部屋のタッチパネルで清掃ボタンを設定してください。
*3 「エコ清掃」のほかトイレットペーパー使い切りにもご理解とご協力の程、お願い申し上げます。

 

【 Regular Cleaning 】- Mon./Wed./Fri./Sun. –

  • Cleaning the room : cleaning the floor, cleaning the bathroom
  • Making the bed : changing sheets
  • Changing towels: replenish towels and amenities
  • Collecting garbage

【 Eco-Cleaning 】- Tue./Thu./Sat. –

  • Changing towels
  • Collecting garbage
  • Making the bed without changing the sheets
    (If there are personal items on the bed, we will not touch them.)

*1 Rooms will be cleaned once every three days during your stay, in accordance with the regulations.
*2 If you wish to have Regular Cleaning as usual on the Eco-Cleaning days (Tue., Thu., and Sat.),
please set the cleaning button on the touch panel in your room by 9:00a.m.
*3 Besides our Eco-Cleaning, toilet paper in guest rooms will be replaced with new toilet paper after using up.
