Tobu Hotel Management is hiring mid-career professionals for the following positions. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested.

Position Hotel general staff (lodging, food & beverage, banquet, sales, wedding reservations, management, etc.)
Employment status Contract employee *Permanent employee promotion system is available
Period of employment Term of employment is fixed (to be determined separately).
There is a possibility of renewal.
Trial period 3 months *No change in working conditions
Work location Any of our hotels or SkyRestaurant634 (negotiable)
Working hours Variable working hours per month / Shift work (30 days per month → 170 hours, 31 days per month → 177 hours)
Holidays 105 days per year (8 to 9 days per month)
Leave system: congratulation or condolence leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, refreshment leave, etc
Salary Based on our company's standards (experienced workers are preferred)
Allowance Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, late-night work allowance, etc. *Depends on contract
Benefits Various types of social insurance, full payment of transportation expenses (except for car commuting), meal subsidies, lending of uniforms, and others (preferential use of Tobu Group companies, etc.)
