Check-in policy
Check in is available from 3 PM except for some accommodation packages. Please confirm the check-in time when making your reservation.
Free luggage storage service is available upon arrival.
Check-out policy
Guests are required to check out before 11 AM except for some accommodation packages.
Late check out:
The hotel reserves the right to keep any belongings from the client in the presence of the housekeeping manager in a safe place, so that the room may be available for the next guest.
In alternative in case of availability the hotel reserves the right to charge an extra night.
Extra charge (early check- in & late check- out)
* Single room-each hour ¥1,050
* Twin, Double room-each hour ¥2,100
* After 5:00 P.M. ……Full room charge
Late arrival
Reservations may be cancelled if you do not inform us in advance when you arrive later than your estimated arrival time.
Payment
Both cash (Japanese yen only) and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express are accepted.

Lost and found
The personal belongings of the guest will be kept for a period of 3rd months, after this time the hotel reserves the right to given away
Children
No room charge will be applied to children aged up to six who do not require a separate bed. Cribs are provided free of charge. Please note that the number of cribs is limited and may not be available at all times.
Lost and Found

Triple room (twin + extra bed)
Extra bed is available and you can request it directly to the hotel.
